Upperclassmen Pick-a-Room Housing Deadline: March 15, 2026 at Midnight
Go to my.uca.edu > MyHousing Portal > My Housing Applications
NOTE:Ìý Completing an application and listing your room preferences does NOT reserve a specific room for you. You will need to participate in the ‘Pick-a-Room’ process that begins in April 2026 in order to select a specific room for the academic year.

DIBS – March 4-6, 2026
Pick-a-Room – April 7, 2026 until rooms are full
Choose YOUR ROOM on my.uca.edu > MyHousing
Pick A Room – Choose a New Room
STEP 4:Ìý EAT!
Set your meal plan by August 1st on my.uca.edu > MyHousing
NOTE: This process will begin in June after room assignments are finalized. We will email you information closer to time.

NOTE:ÌýThe last date to cancel your 2026-2027 housing reservation and still receive your $100 deposit back is May 10, 2026. You must cancel your housing by emailing housing@uca.edu about your cancellation.
